I worked with Greg Gallagher and Dave Ranch Dressing. They were amazing. I contacted the dealership about a 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness in Bulter PA. I recently took my truck in for recall work at Diehl Ram in Butler, and while it was there I received less than acceptable service. With how much vehicles cost and what it takes to repair a vehicle the last thing that should be on a customer’s mind is the quality of service, the vehicle being damaged, or even being lost while in the care of a dealership. Took my 2020 Jeep Wrangler there for a corrosion issue on the hinges. I took it in on May 2022 and they said they would reach out and nothing. Call repeatedly over the course of 10 months and kept getting the runaround. Finally after 10 months I was told they lost the pictures and never submitted them! I was told I would need to come back and get pictures of the corrosion again. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They should be ashamed with their practice. This is the behavior that make people hate car dealerships. The only upside to the situation is the vehicle was a wish list vehicle and not something I needed to get by.

I was sold a car at full market value with a leaking sunroof. When I took it back they tried to glue some of the holes. Now it's leaking again. I bought a car from this dealership they cannot be driven in the rain. It floods the entire interior. They had to know about the problem because every time I went back to check on the car someone was cleaning or had just had cleaned the interior. They knew. Our salesman Mike was very easy to work with and a true gentleman. We traveled 720 miles one way to trade our ‘21 GMC Acadia for a ‘21 Jeep Wrangler. Mike arranged our deal on line and via the internet with great knowledge and professionalism. It was the easiest and most efficient transaction considering the distance involved. The mirror was clicking and not responding as it should be. They had replaced the driver side, this is the passenger so they ordered the part when I made the appt they just had to verify it was indeed that mirror acting up is all. Shawn is awesome!!! I started having engine trouble with my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to work on 6-2-21 at 5am. I was stranded and since I bought my pick up at Deihl, not only did they provide me a loaner car, but they had my truck engine tore down to nothing but a short block, replaced my cam, repaired a head, all new parts and had my truck ready by the end of the next day!!!!!! Amazing! Thanks guys! Awesome service department!!!!

A dashboard check engine light triggered my visit to Diehl service. Quickly my car information was captured and I was on my way making a number of business stops. Approximately 2 hours later Joyce from service called me to let me know that it was a battery issue and it was fixed. Pleasant staff and a comfortable waiting area are key ingredients to mitigating a stressful repair need. Way to win over the customer Team Diehl!

The guy that called me kept me updated on everything they tested, what was wrong and what the cost would be before they did anything. When I said don't fix certain things, there was no pushing to try and get more money out of me. I haven't driven far enough yet to see if the issue I was having is fixed yet, or not, but I have faith that it is.

At first I thought it was an issue that I caused but here I find out from multiple mechincs that this is an issue my year and model jeep has. We just purchased a used van and they made everything so fast and easy. It hadn’t been cleaned/detailed yet so they made sure to get it done so we could pick it up in the next two days. Very satisfied with our used auto purchase and we would definitely purchase here again in the future.
